5. Sales terms & refunds

Punaise is sold as a one-time purchase. Each license is delivered digitally (license key and macOS download in your account) immediately after payment and binds to one device.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because Punaise is digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code.
